Security
All our online transactions are Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) based transactions with a security layer of 128 bit which is the industry standard and will keep all your details encrypted and safe.  The transaction is processed by ANZ Australia’s eGate payment gateway for your piece of mind. When the payment window pops up you will see our name in the top right hand corner.  Your credit card details are not retained by us once the transaction in complete.  We also accept Paypal for your peace of mind.

Placing Orders
Online payment can be made through our secure gateway and the title of the goods will not pass to the customer from Complete Fishing until the amount is paid in full.  Goods can also be paid by direct deposit into the following account:

Overseas orders must be paid through Paypal or direct deposit and Complete Fishing takes no responsibility for goods once those goods leave Australia.  Shipping costs must be paid for in advance for international orders.  We recommend using UPS or DHL so the parcel can be tracked and insurance can be taken out. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Complete Fishing. 

Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Complete Fishing may vary prices at any time in the event of price changes. Complete Fishing will advise you if this is the case unless the varied price is less and in this case you will be charged the lower price.

Cancelation of orders
If you for some reason want to cancel the order IT MUST BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  Cancellations attempted after your order has been dispatched will result in you the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back as well as restocking.  Cancellations can be communicated by email or by phone.  We recommend that returned orders be sent by registered post to confirm that we have received the return.  A return to shop number must be obtained before sending items back.  No returns will be received without this number.

Out of stock orders
Although the majority of products listed on the site are in stock, there may be times where we will be out of stock.  In this event we will contact you to advise when we will be able to dispatch the item or see if you would like to change the colour/item etc.

Shipping
Once an order has left our store the shipping and handling is a non refundable fee.  All deliveries are made to the supplied address and need to be signed for.  If there is no one to sign for the delivery then it is the customer’s responsibility to organise collection or redelivery and payment.  The delivery location must be able to be verified by Complete Fisherman for shipping to occur.

Returns
If a product is damaged during delivery, please follow these steps to make sure your claim is honoured

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of signing for the order to receive a return job number
  2. Take a photo of the damaged product and damaged packaging (if applicable)
  3. Send the damaged product back so it comes back to us in the same condition as the photo

In the off chance that there are missing or wrong items in your order please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the order.  If the package you receive either has the wrong item(s) or is missing items do not open the sealed product(s).  Opening the sealed product will be deemed to be an acceptance by the customer and no further claim may be sought.

Each product we sell has a different warranty period and conditions which are too many and varied to list here.  If you find you have an issue with product still under warranty, please email us first to get a return job number as we do not receive unauthorized returns.

Warranty
We treat all our online customers as we would our shop customers and will do our very best to sort out any warranty issues with our suppliers where the product is faulty.   Each product we sell has a different warranty period and conditions which are too many and varied to list here but are available by reading the documentation that came with your purchase.  If you find you have an issue with product still under warranty, please contact us first to get a return job number as we do not receive unauthorized returns.  Any misuse of a product will void the warranty.

All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of Complete Fisherman.

The shipping and labour costs for goods that are returned and found to be not faulty and/or misused will be the responsibility of the customer.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Complete Fishing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Complete Fishing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Complete Fishing shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Images
All product images are to be used for illustrative purposes only.  For example, when a reel comes in different sizes quite often the manufacturer will only provide one image for all the sizes.  Please refer to the product description for all information.

Privacy
Privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at Complete Fishing.  We treat all your private details as we would our own and everything that you share with us remains strictly private. We do not share or sell any of your information with 3rd parties and it will not be used for anything apart from its intended use.
